Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you would like to cancel and return it, for any reason. Contact us through our contact page with your order number. Please then send the item back within a further 14 days, unused and well packed.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Refunds

We will refund the item and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days of receiving it back (or proof that you have sent it). If you chose Express, we refund the standard delivery cost only. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Faulty or not as described

Vintage, reclaimed and handmade pieces naturally show age and variation, which we photograph and describe honestly. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days with photographs and we will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund, including return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
